Shillyboy Mothiba is a qualified Chartered Accountant – CA (SA) and a Fiduciary Practitioner, Tax Practitioner, a founder of TaxEduZA, a private company with a niche focus within property sector specialising in tax, accounting, and corporate finance advisory.

He is co-founder of INTERGEN, a private wealth preservation advisory company, and Theepa, property development and investment company.

He holds Bachelor of commerce degree, highest diploma in Accountancy and Post Graduate Diploma in Tax, majoring in International Taxes and South African Tax, all with Witwatersrand University.

Shillyboy Mothiba CA (SA) holds RE5 Regulatory Examination: Representatives in all Categories of FSPs. He completed a Property Development and Investments certificate with the University of Cape Town and a Professional Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration with the Tax Faculty.

His current roles as an executive director and Head of Tax at TaxEduZA, involve advising property investors, high net worth families, and corporates on tax planning and compliance.

He is currently a member of the Finance and Risk Committee and Fundraising and Membership committee at the National Business Initiative. He also serves as a member of SAIBPP Fund; Finance and Risk Committees and the SAIBPP Western Cape Chapter coordinating Committee.
